At ScriptedBrand, each product is made to order and shipped directly through our trusted print partners. Below is what to expect regarding production and shipping times.

Production Time
Please allow 2–6 business days for your order to be produced before it ships. During holidays or high-volume periods, production time may take slightly longer.

Shipping Time
After production, typical delivery times are:
• United States: 3–8 business days
These are estimated timelines and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or unforeseen issues.

Tracking Information
You’ll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order ships. It may take up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly. We are not responsible for delivery delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.

Marked as Delivered but Not Received
If your tracking number shows the item as delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend contacting the delivery carrier directly. If you’re still having trouble, reach out to us at k@scriptedbrand.com and we’ll do our best to assist.

Split Shipments
Some orders may arrive in multiple packages if items are produced at different partner facilities. You won’t be charged extra for this.
