Refund policy
We don’t accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on our custom-printed items since they’re made on demand. Therefore, please thoroughly review the size charts before placing your order. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Custom or Personalized Orders:
Due to the made-to-order and personalized nature of many of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for customized items unless they arrive damaged or defective.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
Please note: Refunds are issued to the original form of payment and may take 5–10 business days to process after approval.
